Tags: NSFW, historical, supernatural, mystery, drama, thriller WARNING: NSFW, has porn right at the end I watched this movie for lesbians. Came out the other side a different person. With the help from an orphaned pickpocket (Kim Tae-ri), a Korean con man devises an elaborate plot to seduce and bilk a Japanese woman (Kim Min-hee) out of her inheritance. The plot twist in the middle had me watching the entire second half of the movie with my mouth open. Although the sex scene at the end made me extremely uncomfortable. Not because it’s gay but because it was so… out of left field? It was shot pretty cinematically but it was just weird. Hey, if you don’t believe me, go give it a watch. |

Tags: historical, mystery, drama This has the same plot as The Handmaiden (they’re both based on the book Fingersmith). However, the plot near the end is completely different. I can’t say without spoiling the show but I think it was a decent watch. I think I preferred The Handmaiden over this one but I also think the romance here is a lot more believable. |

Tags: historical, fantasy, comedy This is one of those 5 minute per episode dramas on Youtube. The second I’ve encountered. The leads are so pretty... The acting is a bit... It’s subpar at best. It kind of made me uncomfortable. But then I found out my goggles have a setting that can convert what I’m watching into animated manga and it became a lot more fun to watch. The extra bloopers were very funny and cute. |
